About Us
I'm Gerardine, a lifelong painter and the founder of 809Cakes with over 12 years creating custom cakes. I built Crafted Moments Co. for the people who say "I can't paint" or "I'm not artistic" right before they create something beautiful. I believe every single person has creativity inside them. Most just never had a safe space to let it out. That is what we are here for. A judgment free space where you show up, create something with your own hands, and leave surprised by what you are capable of. We also bring the experience to the youngest creators through Crafted Moments Kids, our guided painting and treat decorating parties for children.
Crafted Moments Co. is more than a creative experience. Every booking, every kit, and every purchase directly contributes to our long term mission of building transitional housing and creating educational and financial opportunities for women who are rebuilding their lives. When you create with us you are part of something much bigger than a painting or a cake. Thank you for that.
What We Offer
Crafted Moments Co. brings creative experiences directly to you. We host Sip & Paint and Sip & Cake events for private parties, restaurant brunches, and organizations. We also bring the magic to the little ones through Crafted Moments Kids, our guided painting and treat decorating parties for children. For those who prefer to create at home, our take-home kits for two have everything you need. Four ways to experience us. You pick what works best for you.
We bring the full experience to you. Whether it's a birthday, bridal shower, girls' night, or date night, we handle everything. Setup, supplies, protective table covers, and guidance are all included. You choose the experience, we handle the rest.
We partner with restaurants and women's organizations to host Sip & Paint and Sip & Cake events for their guests. Restaurants keep all food and drink revenue. Organizations choose a flat fee or revenue split. Inquire to reserve your date.
We bring guided painting and treat decorating experiences to children's birthday parties and celebrations. Kids paint their own canvas or decorate their own cookies and treats, all with personalized aprons to take home as a keepsake. We bring everything and handle the setup. You just celebrate your little one.
